Las instalaciones bien cuidadas, la habitación sencilla y práctica para descansar, es un hotel para llegar a descansar por las noches y salir a disfrutar durante todo el día, ya que está cerca del centro y las principales atracciones, muy bueno lo recomiendo
Si eres muy exigente con la limpieza de los lugares que visitas entonces este es el indicado (baño, toallas, cama, todo 10/10) Económico, personal servicial, si hay agua caliente. Está cerca de terminal y céntrico. Felicitaciones a la administración.
Es un buen hotel para solo ir, a conocer wl centro de san cristobal, si busca habitaciones grandes o con gran espacio, eso sería que no lo tendria.

El punto más fuerte del hotel es su atención. El personal es sumamente atento y amable. Las tres personas de recepción (diferentes turnos) tuvieron brindaron servicio de primera. La ubicación es buena, las camas cómodas, si buscas un descanso tranquilo, es una opción totalmente recomendada. Las cobijas son suficientes para no pasar frío, aún asi se pueden pedir más. El closet es amplio y en el se encuentra una almohada extra. (el closet no cuenta con ganchos) Los baños son amplios y cómodos, aunque me parecio que les falta ventilación. (tanto habitaciones como recepción) La habitación esta limpia y si da esa sensación. La señal de Wi-Fi en todo el hotel es buena. Las habitaciones estan muy bien iluminadas, en las zonas comunes (salvo la recepción) se apagan las luces por conseso general. Aunque se pueden prender las luces de los pasillos (ya depende de cada huésped) Dicho lo anterior, tiene una gran relación calidad-precio, sí aceptan pago con tarjeta pero cobran comisión y para la factura aumentan el IVA. Con lo cual, es preferible pagar con efectivo. (Los bancos se encuentran unas 4 calles mas hacia el centro, unos 15 minutos caminando) Me parece un buen hotel si el plan es tranquilo (negocios o familiar)
Hotel pulitissimo e sicuro. Stanze nuove, economiche e molto belle. Servizio sempre presente, molto attento al cliente, mai invadente, gentile, disponibile ed educato. Posizione ottima ad un minuto dalla terminal ADO e cinque minuti dalla piazza camminando. Aperto 24 ore, non credo ci sia di meglio a San Cristobal, soprattutto in questa zona. Grazie mille. Avete reso la mia permanenza in questa bellissima città molto piacevole e rilassante. Ottimo!!!
a great and homey hotel with nicely decorated and very clean rooms. staff is very nice, polite and helpful. Located perfectly between city centre and bus station. Bathrooms have great showers; although there are no windows to the streets (which can be crowded with loud and smelling cars anyways), the rooms have windows to a beautiful patio. great value for the room rates!
